In House Legal Counsel & Group General Manager & HK Managing Director

Sharon is the in-house Legal Counsel and Group General Manager for Zetland Fiduciary Group Limited which includes Zetland Corporate Services Limited, Zetland International Trust Co. Limited, Zetland Tax Advisory Limited and Hong Kong International Credit Limited. Sharon oversees Zetland’s offices and operations in Singapore, China and the United Kingdom and she is the Managing Director for Hong Kong operations.

Sharon is a UK qualified barrister with extensive commercial experience within EMEA and Asia including running her own recruitment company which she established in 2016. She has worked with major Engineering, Project and Construction Management consultants since 2010. Sharon also has legal experience within the UK legal jurisdiction having worked as an Advocate and has attended in excess of 350 civil law Hearings and Trials for Advocacy providers, chambers and direct clients prior to joining Zetland. She has a Masters of Law specialising in International Arbitration and International Alternative Disputes Resolution.

Sharon is an expert Commercial and Contracts manager with a proven track record of supporting business goals and boosting operational and financial performance whilst minimising financial risk through strategic contract creation, development, modification and analysis, and effective coordination of all contract management functions.

Sharon has successfully negotiated critical business deals and decisions to support her company’s goals which contributed to these companies’ successes.
