Head of Tax and Accounting Services

Lily is our US tax specialist and adept with international taxation, particularly on matters associated with a mobile workforce. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong before moving to its US division where she was able to expand her knowledge on expatriate tax and relationship management. She was the global engagement team manager at PwC, San Jose and oversaw all compliance and consulting projects for assigned clients in Silicon Valley. Having worked in Hong Kong, United States and Canada for more than 10 years, Lily is well versed in each jurisdiction’s individual income taxation and familiar with the potential employer/corporate issues associated with a global workforce.

She works with clients in the management of their international assignees, providing insight and solutions on global tax exposure, advice on tax efficiency relating to issues such as remuneration, assignment policy design and implementation. She has extensive experience in dealing with cross border transactions and structures; and now heads the accounting and corporate tax department for Zetland Tax.

Lily received her Bachelor degree of Business Administration with Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Global Mobility – Talent Management (GMS-T®).
